• Items must be unworn and unwashed.
• Lingerie bottoms and bodysuits cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons, but we will exchange your item for the correct size or provide store credit.
• Items must have all tags attached, if applicable.
• Beauty products and accessories cannot be returned.
• Any returns must be made at your own cost. You must retain you proof of postage until you have received your refund, just in case your order is lost on its way back to Bri Shardai LLC.
